Do I need to know which type of blind or shutter I want?
Not at all. Tell us what you would like to improve—such as privacy, glare, heat, insulation or room darkening—and we’ll help you narrow down the most suitable options..
Can I send photos, plans or rough measurements?
Yes. Photos, plans and approximate measurements can help us understand what you need. They don’t have to be exact because we’ll take the final measurements before anything is ordered.
Do you have a showroom?
We don’t operate a walk-in showroom. We come to your home or business, allowing us to see your windows, rooms and natural light before recommending suitable options.
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to respond on the same working day. Enquiries received late in the day, during the evening or over the weekend will normally be answered the next working day.
Do you repair or clean existing blinds?
We don’t offer blind cleaning or general blind repairs. Our main service is supplying and installing new blinds and shutters. If you have a problem with an existing shutter, send us some photos and we’ll let you know whether we may be able to help.
